MD COVID19 update 03.23.2020

COVID19 UPDATE 3-23-20

Dear Residents:

On March 23, Governor Hogan issued Executive Orders 20-03-23-01, which urges Maryland residents to remain home, and employers are urged to promote work-from-home arrangements to the greatest extent possible.  As it pertains to the apartment industry, the executive order would allow maintenance and management activities at apartment communities in Maryland to continue. We have our maintenance staff working in staggered shifts and are limiting our office personnel to keep the management team as safe as possible while still providing residents the service they need. We are asking all residents to do their part and adhere to the recommendations listed in our full update. The update can be found on the Resident Portal under My Community/Community Resources/Community Newsletters as well as on our social media sites.

Please contact the office team for login assistance if you are unable to access the Resident Portal.
