This family tour is limited to a maximum of 30 households. A minimum of five households must be enrolled for the family tour to take place.
Have fun, feel better, and get fit with a free 45-minute fitness, active aging, group exercise class. The class is designed to help older adults increase muscular strength, flexibility, range of motion, and maintain their cardiovascular health. Classes are ongoing.

Our 9-week groups are designed to support those who are grieving the death of a loved one. Nine-week groups follow a curriculum including coping skills, planning for special days, understanding grief, and more, plus time for participants to share feelings and memories in a safe, supportive environment.
